Annapurna Base Camp Trekking is explore one of the best very-very famous and popular trek in Nepal. It is more distinct than any other treks by its variety of people, rich culture, tranquility, beautiful landscapes, Shangri-la and natural scenery. This trek lends you to North West of Pokhara through an ancient trek to Tibet across glaciers, gorges and waterfalls .From the Annapurna Base Camp you will have a close look of Mt. Annapurna and Mt. Machhapuchhre.

Annapurna Base camp 4200M will be welcoming you patiently.A natural amphitheatre, ringed by Annapurna south 7219M. And I,Varahashikhar7847M, Annapurna 7485M. And Machhapuchhre 6993M, it serves as base camp for expeditions as well as favorite trek destination for mountain natural haven lovers. Beginning in Pokhara, you'll climb to Naudanda (1,463 Nayapul and gain elevation slowly through.
Also most attraction of this treks to see the different Community with majority of Gurungs , Magars, Hills side and Great Himalayan landscape hiding heaven of the earth.

Day-wise Itinerary in Detail

D1: XXX place—KTM Nepal

All of members should gather at hotel of Kathmandu today ,And for today our agency have arrange vehicle for pick up from airport.

D2:Kathmandu—Pokhara by bus

Note:today’s road is hilly road,about 200Km from Kathmandu to Pokhara,it will take about 6 hours by bus .
Trekking start

D3:Pokhara –Ghandruk

Pokhara, the beautiful lake city and catch great views of the Himalayas from the city. After breakfast at hotel , we drive to Nayaul (1 hour and 20 minutes) and start the trek. From Birethanti, we trek to Ghandruk, a beautiful village mostly inhabited by the Gurung community. If time permits, we also visit the Gurung museum today. Overnight in Ghandruk.

D4:Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m/7120ft): 5 - 6 hours

At this juncture, we climb up for around an hour up to Kimrungdanda. On the way, we can enjoy great views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Fishtail Mountain (Machhapuchhre) and Ganggapurna. A steep descent takes us to the Kimrong Khola. After another steep ascent from Kimrong Khola to Chere Danda, we descend for a while and then it’s a gentle walk to Chhomrong. Chhomrong is a beautiful village located on the lap of the giant Annapurna massive. Overnight in Chhomrong.

D5:Chomrong / Doban
We descend via 2500 stone steps and cross the bridge above Chhomrong Khola. From here it is an uphill climb to Sinuwa. Next, we pass through a beautiful forest to Kuldihar followed by an easy downhill walk to Bamboo. Overnight at Dovan.

D6:Doban/ABC
We pass through a bamboo forest which is damp and cold then ascend steadily with a few steep sections. It is only after reaching Himalaya Hotel that the forest opens up and we are out in the sun again with astounding views of the glacial river below. It is a steep climb up through a much drier forest before reaching Hinku Cave. From here we can see the trail drop closer to the river before climbing again to Deurali, the most scenic stretch of the day. The vegetation is sparser, allowing magical views of the valley, the river below, and the sheer rock-face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfalls. climb gently through a river bed then over a steep trail over to the mountain side. The hike from Bagar to Machhapuchhre Base Camp is somewhat strenuous. From Machhapuchhre base camp we get excellent views of the majestic Machhapuchhre along with Mt. Hiunchuli, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Annapurna III, Gandharvachuli and Gangapurna which is certainly a rewarding experience. The vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter the Annapurna sanctuary. From here, we get sensational views of the near-vertical south face of Annapurna towering above us. The sanctuary boasts of a dynamic view without anything impeding the 360-degree panorama. From the base camp we again get to savor mesmerizing views of the Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South , Annapurna I, Hiunchuli and other peaks. Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp.

D7: ABC-Bamboo

From the Annapurna base camp we retrace our steps to Bamboo. Today’s trek is downhill, so it shouldn’t be very difficult. Besides, we will always have the company of the extraordinary landscape to cheer us up. Overnight in Bamboo.

D8: Bamboo/Jhinu Danda

From Bamboo, it is an uphill trek to Kuldighar followed by a downhill walk to Chhomrong Khola. Then we climb the stone steps to Chhomrong. The trail then descends to Jhinu Danda, where we will be resting for the night. Today we will have an opportunity to enjoy the hot springs which is just a 15-20 minute downhill walk from Jhinu Danda to soothe our aching body. Overnight in Jhinu Danda.

D9: Trek to Naya Pul then drive to Pokhara: 6 hours trek, 1 hour drive

On our way to Naya Pul from Jhinu Danda, we get to enjoy the amazing hill landscape of western Nepal. We have lunch on the way. Our trek will end at Naya Pul where we board our vehicle to Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara.

D10:Pokhara Free Activity
After this a week of trek in this at beautiful city Pokhara you can do lots of things to enjoy yourself Paragliding ,Ultralight ,pony riding and boating etc.

D11:Pokhara ----Kathmandu 6hours by bus

After arriving in Kathmandu, we will be escorted to our hotel. We enjoy the day leisurely or catch up on some last minute shopping or explore any landmarks we missed during our first day in Kathmandu. To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, we will have a farewell dinner in the evening. Overnight in Kathmandu.

D12:Kathmandu——Airport Drop
Our journey in Nepal comes to an end today! A VNTE representative will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight. On our way to home, we have plenty of time to plan our next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.

you of these Terms and Conditions. You need to submit a copy of each passport to our office via email or any others way including two photos of passport size for TIMS Card and Trekking Permit Purpose. All payments are required per person as per trip

Accommodations
We will be staying at Hotel Holy Himalaya(same grade) in Kathmandu, Thirdpole(same grade) in Pokhara and teahouses during the trek. All accommodations are on twin-shared basis.Single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional USD 250. Although single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu and the trekking regions at lower elevation, it might be difficult to find them at higher elevations.
Meals
During our Annapurna Base Camp Trek, we can enjoy authentic Nepalese food as well the more common international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.). Breakfast and dinner will be served from the tea-houses or from a lodge menu where we spend the night whereas lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be provided during trekking while only breakfast will be available while in Kathmandu and Pokhara. There will also be welcome and farewell dinners for guests.

The most significant thing that makes our Annapurna Base Camp Trek successful, enjoyable and memorable is the skilled, experienced, courteous and helpful trek leader and the crew members with ability of operating our days in the mountain smoothly. Our trek will be led by the best and most professional leaders. All of VNTE's trekking leaders are carefully selected on the basis of their appropriate experience, leadership skills and personal aptitude. With an objective of sustaining local communities, VNTE only employs local staff who have adequate knowledge about culture, ecosystem, flora, fauna, geography, and history of their local region/s. Porter Care
VNTE is firmly committed to porter rights. We make sure that all our porters are well treated and well paid. Furthermore, VNTE also provides the required level of shelter, clothing and footwear that these harsh environments demand. Porters who become sick are treated with the same care and attention as other team members. We have previously used helicopters at company's expense to rescue porters from dangerous situations. And for the porter's sake, all trekkers keep the weight of their luggage under 15kgs/33 pounds. We also support the work of International Porter Protection Group (IPPG), making our resources available to them to help improve the working conditions of the porters.
Environmental Concerns
The Annapurna Region is stunningly beautiful, but equally fragile. Future generations have just as much of a right to appreciate it as we do and so the tourism industry has an obligation to protect and preserve it. VNTE employs a 'zero impact' policy on the natural environment and the traditional communities that live there. VNTE, therefore, enforces a number of do's and don'ts. VNTE's experienced staff can advise us on how to minimize our impact on the local environment. To find out more about the clean-up campaigns and environmental awareness events, VNTE works with KEEP.
Acclimatization
All of  VNTE’s treks are planned with high degree of awareness of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness). Going up at higher altitude too fast causes a medical condition serious enough to kill. We understand that for a safe trek, it is essential to allow sufficient time for acclimatization. Sensible planning is therefore required to minimize the risk of AMS. VNTE's itineraries are designed to prevent AMS as much as possible. But, it is important to remember that some visitors are more vulnerable than others.
Physical Condition & Experience Requirements
This is moderate trek suitable for passionate walkers with the ability to walk at least 5-7 hours a day with a light day pack. Walking in higher altitudes is more physically demanding than walking in lower altitudes; however, if we are in excellent health with average physical fitness and have a positive attitude, self confidence and strong determination, we can accomplish this trek successfully. Exercising and jogging regularly for some weeks prior to the trip is a good idea to enhance our strength and stability. Past hiking experience would be an asset but no technical skill is required for this trip. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart, lung, and blood diseases are required to consult their doctor before taking the trip. It is also advised that you inform VNTE about the medical condition before booking the trek.
Best Time to Travel to Annapurna Base Camp Trek
Autumn (Sept. to Nov.) and Spring (March to May) are the best seasons for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. The weather is sunny and warm with outstanding views. If you wish to avoid crowds and enjoy some alone time with nature then taking this trip during winter (Dec., Jan. and Feb.) could also be an option. However, the temperature during winter could be harsh for most guests. Trekking in the Summer or Monsoon seasons (June to Aug.) will be affected by rain but the Summer trek could be a boon for a keen botanist.
Equipments & Packing List
This list is a guideline to help you pack for your adventure. Also understand that the items listed below will vary a little according to the season and the trek duration. Those items marked by an asterisk (*) are provided by VNTE inclusive in the service. The weight limit for your luggage is 33 pounds or 15 kg. Remember that your luggage will be carried by your porter but you are required to carry a day-pack (with your valuables or anything important) on your own. We also suggest that you pack only what is necessary.
Important documents and items
Valid passport, 2 extra passport size photos, airline tickets
Separate photocopies of passport, visa form (easily obtained at Kathmandu airport), proof of insurance

Credit cards, Bank/ATM/Cash machine cards for withdrawing funds from cash machines (bring a photocopy of your cards), traveler's checks, etc.
